- Follow Old Annapolis Road straight across Route 75 and continue past Linganore High School for approximately 2 miles
- Make LEFT onto Kimmel Road
- Kline Hospice House is on the LEFT (approximately ¼ mile down Kimmel Road)
From Frederick and points South of Frederick:
- Route 70 east toward New Market
- Take Exit for Route 75 north
- Make RIGHT onto Old Annapolis Road
- Follow Old Annapolis Road for approximately 2 miles
- Make LEFT onto Kimmel Road
- Kline Hospice House is on the LEFT (approximately ¼ mile down Kimmel Road)
