International Overdose Awareness Day (IOAD) is a global event held each year, around the world to raise awareness of overdose and stop the stigma of a drug related death. Exacerbated by the pandemic, the opiod epidemic and disease of substance use disorder has been on the rise in our community.
Please join the member of S.O.U.L., their families, and our partner agencies
for the opening of the Frederick 2021 Outdoor Commemorative Photo Display
with a public gathering of hope and remembrance of loved ones lost to
substance use.
Everyone is invited to light a candle in honor of their loved one
