This 1-day workshop will explore some practical ideas to help cope with the upcoming holidays, as well as some ways to commemorate your loved ones, especially throughout the holidays. This time of year can be very stressful under the best of circumstances, and especially more so if you are facing the holidays for the first time after the death of a loved one.
