Ambassador Club
This giving club is dedicated to helping Frederick Health Hospice continue to honor each patient's journey through illness or grief, with dignified care, compassionate support and gentle guidance.
Chances are someday you or someone you love will need the services of Frederick Health Hospice. When that time comes, you can take comfort knowing that you contributed today to ensure that compassionate end-of-life care and bereavement services are there when you need them.
Members of the Ambassador Club annually contribute $250, $500 or $1,000. Payment options include one-time or gifts or monthly installments.
As a member of the Ambassador Club, you will receive:
- Recognition item to honor you and your commitment
- Recognition in Hospice’s Donor Report
- Tax deduction for your contribution (as allowed by law)
